Help with my temp timing please!
I took my temp at 5:50am because I had to pee. It was 96.64. Then at 6:45am my normal time I took it again and it was 97.19. Which temp should I use??? Thanks girls!

The first one. Temp should only be used if you were asleep for at least 4 hrs and did nto get up for any reason. Take it before you eat, pee anything.

Yep. Use the first one just note that it was earlier than normal. One temp taken at a different time shouldnt interfere with your chart
