Help with Girl Names?
Yesterday we were talking about girl names, and I mentioned our top 3...
Since we already have a boy name decided on, figured I'd ask for some of your input towards girl names!
Our last name is German, and I don't really think many names "go with it", and I'm Italian, so we're definitely keeping the first name Italian...
Not sure what the middle name will be yet, we'll probably choose once we have a 1st name picked...
Francesca we both like and would also be an indirect way of naming a child after my father, since we won't be naming a boy Frank, and we may call her Franky as a nickname...
Gabriella we just think is really a pretty name
and Gianna DH really loves, I like it too, mostly because DH wants to name a girl after ME (Gina) but I just think that's weird, so we agreed on this compromise instead! lol

Gianna and Gabriella are both my favorite girl names. I can't vote because I just can't decide between the two. They are both beautiful! I like Francesca too.

ok well I'm an idiot and first thought you meant your last name was "german" So I said Gianna German sounds so silly together. Now I get it. But I chose Francesca. I love this name.

yeah amazingly none of my nieces or cousins daughters are Gabriella so it's still up for grabs lol...
however, my SIL thinks it would be weird since she named her DOG Gabby...
but honestly, I wouldn't keep my child from having a name because of a DOG in the family LOL
my cousins name is Rocky and so wasour Grandma's dog lol

i like Gabriella the best... BUT youre last name is going to be hard to pair with lots of names i think... but i think Gina goes with it well so Gianna or Gabriella would work well
