Help with Cominbed Birthday Party theme

DD will be 4 in July and DS will be 2 in late June. I am throwing a combined birthday party for them.

However, the OCD teacher in me is stuck on the theme. I wanted it to go together. DS is obsessed with Elmo and DD is obsessed with Rex from Toy Story (but not necessarily the other characters, so it doesnt' need to be a Toy Story theme). She also told me she wants a unicorn party too?! lol....

any ideas how to link any or some of these ideas together? I am thinking a Rex/dinosaured theme might be the easiest.

Ideas for invites (need to get out soon!) decorations? favors? anything? I went on Pininterest and whoa... that site is overwhelming!!!!! i don't have time to scroll through everything...
