Help me pick which color bedding (please!)

I want to order this bedding set. I can't decide between the sage and tan. I want to do the bedroom with a pale blue on the walls and brown accents (and darkish furniture, though not black). The sage looks really muted, which I like, but I'm wondering if the color in person will be greener and would that throw off my blue-brown color scheme??? I love the RH silver sage paint color I saw someone post, which is supposedly silvery blue but with subtle green undertones (I haven't seen it in person). Please give me opinions!

I hope I post the pics correctly. 1st is the sage, then the tan. The 3rd pic is the paint color I stole from someone here!

I prefer the sage, but not with blue walls. If you are set on blue walls, I'd go with the tan.

That's my bedroom in the pic! The walls are RH SS but they definitely have more of a green undertone in person. For some reason all of my pictures the colors are a little off from what they are in reality.

As for my vote - I would get the tan. I have a feeling the sage is probably greener in person and might clash with the pale blue walls....

BTW that is very pretty bedding! where did you find it?

Love the bedding! Id definitely go w/ #2!

But Id test out the RH's Silver Sage. I painted our bathroom that color and it looked more like a mint green which was weird because I thought it would be more of a light bluish/grey.

I ended up repainting the bathroom the next day a completely different color from Benjamin Moore.

be VERY careful w/ the blue/sage. i painted my walls a light blue and have been having the HARDEST time matching the bedding color. i ended up getting a solid oatmeal color duvet cover. i plan on getting plaid blue/tan/ivory window panels and light blue, tan and ivory bed toss pillows.

also, make sure to test the paint first. i bought the silver sage orginally and it did not look like the color in lululu's room.

Thanks for all the responses! Lululu - I (obviously) love your bedroom - thanks for the inspiration!! I will test the paint before we try it - I really do want a pale blue so I guess the silver sage may not be the best one. I'll go buy some of those little samples.

And the bedding is from Amazon believe it or not - and its CHEAP! I've been looking all over for bedding and almost spent $300, then I found this duvet with shams for $50!!!! I just ordered it so if anyone is interested I'll let you know how it is when I get it.

I like the sage, but I think with the blue walls the best choice is the tan. They are both very pretty
