Help me pack for Turks & any tips....
DH & I are going to Turks next week. We are stying at Beaches for a wedding.
What essentials do I need to pack? I know stupid question but I’ve haven't been to a beach resort for a vacation since I was about 20 LOL. My beach vacation usually is Montauk.
Sunblock
Hat
Do I need beach towels?
Also, any tips for Beaches Turks would be helpful!

Never been there, but when going to any Caribbean resort they will provide the beach/pool towels for you. Don't take... just added weight for your suitcase you don't need or want to pay for.
bathing suits
cover ups
flip flops
casual sundresses for lunch or nice cover ups should be fine
shorts/tank tops
sneakers - I wear at the airport and when I workout
dressy sandals for the wedding
sun dress or whatever beachy dress for the wedding
hat, sunscreen, makeup, baby powder, aloe lotion, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair stuff, hair ties for the beach, chapstick with SPF
jewelry
sunglasses
first aid kit
water bottle (if you have one.... I take and fill up all day... resort usually has water and I get lemons at the bar)
beach bag
sunscreen
book/kindle, Ipad, movies for airplane, passport, magazines, snacks

Don't need to take any towels. I would recommend taking beach toys if you have space.
I think half our large suitcase to Turks was puddle jumpers, swim diapers and misc beach toys. We packed light on clothing and everything else.
eta: I just realized you are going to Beaches, which is where we went last year. Make sure you remember all your toiletries. Their sundries are limited and $$$. I forgot my contact solution and if I remember correctly, I had to pay $20 for it plus a $10 delivery fee so like $30 for contact solution!

Help me pack for Turks & any tips....
I have never been to Turks but I would just be sure to bring sunblock and cash!
We went to St. Lucia a few weeks ago and there were no ATMs on the resort so we tipped in EC Money but weren't sure what the exchange rate was exactly and it was a pain!
Also, we didn't bring sunblock and it was almost $30 for the spray at the resort. What a waste of money!

We stayed at Turks Club Med last year, and cant wait to go back. I would pack a lot of insect repellent, the little buggers come out at night and scratching mosquito bites is no fun..

Thx! It's just DH & I, no kids yet so I don't need to worry about beach toys.
Off to Target I go this weekend!
Great list! I would never think bug spray!!
