Tips on how to pack delicate ornaments?

The majority of my ornaments are made of glass and dont fit into an ornament holder (all different shapes and sizes). Other than buying bubble wrap, anyone have any tips?

I just wrap them in newspaper and put them in a tote. Probably not the best but I never had a problem.

I wrap them w/a bounty napkin, bubble wrap, and spread them out in the tupperware.

One of my father's friends used to do that -- they kept the tree assembled and fully decorated in the garage all year and hauled it out for the holidays. Chat Icon

For super fragile/special ornaments, what about one of those china protectors for cups? It has that cubed insert to protect them.

I keep the original box the ornament came in (if any) and wrap it up in tissue paper and back in the box. If not I wrap them in bubble wrap and box them together tightly so they don't move around.

I got them from Macys where you just pluck them right off the tree. Guess I have to resort to bubble wrap. Chat Icon

All of our ornaments are glass. I wrap each of them with 2 sheets of tissue paper and then put then into a plastic storage bin

I bought a HUGE roll of bubble wrap from target for about $5.
