Help me out with this how many days in my cycle thing?
I tried using one of those ovulation calculators online, But im confused, How many days are really in my cycle? Everymonth that I get AF she is 4 days earlier that the month before. So how many days is that? For example, I got AF yesterday which was the 9th, Last month I got it the 13th..
Ever since Ive went off of the depo provera shot about a yr and a half ago its been like this, Thanks Ladies!

I think your cycle starts the first day after your period starts to the day you get your next period.
My days were between 26 and 30 days - too.

Day 1 is the first day of heavy flow from AF. till the next one. My cycle got shorter after I went off BCP. I normally have a 21-24 day cycle. But on BCP I have a 28. It goes down slowly every month. Just keep track best you can.
