help me decide
Okay so we are currently in a 1 bdrm apt and in desperate need of a 2 bdrm. we went to look at 1 in holbrook yesterday. it was very avg with little to no closets. I am calling other places and am hearing " we dont like children"...lol. would you give into the holbrook house bc not many people want the baby there? or should I keep looking? I just want the baby to have a safe clean home. I am considering la bonne vie as well.

I would keep looking. If you are looking in apartments that have the landlord on premises, that may be why you are getting that type of answer.
I would go see a broker too. I know they cost you but they have so many more resources since lots of people prefer a broker.

I think you should keep looking as well. Also, I don't know how it is now but La Bonne Vie apartments were horrible back when I lived on LI, but that was 6-7 years ago. I used to live in that area. Good luck!

Near where i live there are condos 2 BD's I think and there are always signs that they are renting. It is considered Nesconset or ronkonkoma and the name is like Sutton Place or something ridiculous like that. I can't remember the exact name but if you take the LIE to Exit 58 and head North on Old Nichols Rd. They will be on your right before Smithtown Blvd
