Help me choose between 2 day care centers

We were not going to start DS at day care till he was 2 bc my dh is not comfortable with the idea at all and bc I am interviewing for closer leader programs at industries so we will be moving either summer or fall whichever spot I get.

Anyway, my husband is in school and does auto dealer consulting from home so he's been a WAHD. This semester his two lectures and labs could only be taken during the day so for 2 days a week a family member has been taking care of DS 2 days a week.
My DH also does attends meetings and such and has been doing them in the evenings taken away from our family time.

I suggested daycare 3 days a week so he could do school two days and meetings one day and we could have our evenings and weekends back. He finally agreed because DS's speech therapist also thought it would be a great idea.

I want to pick the perfect one and am having trouble deciding between these two. My DH is no help bc he seriously is having panic attacks about having someone else watch DS. You would think he was going away to boarding school or something lol.

Please help me decide on which you would pick.

OPTION A
-2.1 miles away from my job (4 minute ride)
-small classroom of 18m-2years. He would be the 6th kid. 3 boys. 3 girls. 2 adults.
- Head teacher has 2 year degree in early child education. Going to school to be a teacher.
-Teacher and other staff members have been there over 5 years. Location has been open for 7.
-It's a franchise that is very known and loved in Long Island. Curriculum is really based on education and I'm comfortable with the fact that I always hear rave reviews but I do understand like any other franchise, it is a case to case basis.
- music instrument lessons offered 2xs a week for 30 minutes at no extra cost.
- sign language offered once a week at no extra cost.
- supplies breakfast, lunch and snack
-plenty of toys and outdoor playground areas
- closed New Years day, President's day, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
- security coded entrance
$171 for 3 days a week

Option B
-3 miles from work (6 minute ride)
-small classroom of 18m-2years. He would be 7th kid. 5 girls. only 2 boys. 2 adults
-Head teacher is from Melville and has Masters in ECE. Attending SUNY Albany for additional degree and is looking to take over daycare next year. I might be biased because she's a "downstate" person but I loooved her.
- Teacher and other staff have only been there 2 years. Location has only been open for 2 years.
- No music instrument lessons offered
- sign language offered at an additional 20 a week for 2xs a week
-supplies 2 snacks and lunch, no breakfast
-plenty of toys and outdoor playground areas plus HUGE indoor gym with bounce houses and entertainment on Fridays
- only closed Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
-finger print scan upon walk in to pick up and drop off child along with security coded entrance
$150+ 20 for sign = $170 for 3 days a week


Which would you choose...
option A with a more even disbursement of both sexes, sign and music, breakfast included
or
option B with great teacher, huge gym, and less closings?

i would choose A. I feel like the longer they have been open the more kinks are worked out and I like the extra stuff included.

I know the holidays are more but they are not abnormal ones to be closed for kwim?

I lean towards B only because you liked the teacher so much. I think it's REALLY important to like the people who your DC will spend their day with.

Based on your reasons, I would choose A for a few reasons. Just because you love a teacher, doesn't mean he is going to stay in her room forever. At DS last school I LOVED his first two teachers and his last teacher was horrible enough to make me take him out before the end of the year! In addition, I personally would not be comfortable with a bounce house being played on every Friday. While its cute, there are too many things that could happen on a bounce house. I am surprised insurance even allows that to happen!
However, there would be additional questions I would ask - discipline policy, pick up policy, etc that would possibly make me change my mind.
