Help Me!
I am going away in exactly one month and I really need to tone/lose some lbs..
I am SUPER picky when it comes to food, and for bfast, I usually just eat a yogurt and some fruit..lunch is either a salad or some type of sandwhich w/ WW bread and dinner-it really varies.
I am trying to go walking/running three times a week.
Shall I add the gym and use the machines 2/3 times a week? Will that help?

Muscle burns fat so I think doing some weight or resistance training should definitely help. Maybe take a class that incorporates both cardio and toning? Good luck!
