Help! I'm confused now
I got a high reading on my CBEFM on Monday morning. I FORGOT to use it yesterday. This morning I got a peak reading. I thought if you miss a day it won't be accurate, any ideas?
We BD Monday and Tuesday night and should again tonight and tomorrow, right? I'm just worried I messed up by forgetting to use the stupid thing.
