Help. DD pooped all over her car seat
DH just called me at work. While he was driving DD back from grandma's, she pooped. Apparently, this was no ordinary poop. This was one of those mega poop soups.
She soiled everything, including the car seat. Is there a way to clean it? It's not like the fabric comes off, so what do we do?

The fabric should come off, we had DC throw up all over the carseat and it came off. What kind of car seat?

You sure the fabric doesn't come off? If it really doesnt i would first wipe it with a dry cloth to clean up the debris and then I would spray it with some sort of cleaner and then wipe with wet cloth.

Help. DD pooped all over her car seat
The fabric should come off. DD threw up all over her car seat last week. I pulled it out and pulled the fabric off so I could wash it in the bath tub.

Thanks for the responses! I just hung up with DH and yes, the fabric comes off.
How long does it take to drip dry? We can't put it in the dryer, right?
Can you tell I'm a new mom?

I don't usually put it in the dryer but, it air dries pretty quickly.

I have a snugride and it looks like the fabric doesn't come off but it does. (I only figured it out myself when dd was 5 months old. )

I always put the carseat cover in the dryer on the very low setting.
