Help: AF and CD question
What is CD1 - my spotting or my full on period? I spot for 1-2 days and then go heavy for a few and then spot for several days. I never know what to enter in mymonthlycycles.com as CD 1! ARGH.

on FF, do you mark spotting only for mid-cycle spotting or for before/after AF too?

Edit- just googled a lot and everythign says the major flow should be CD 1.
