This is the dress

Now need help with shoes and jewelry, oh yeah and did I mention it is for tomorrow night? (fire department dinner) Oh and should I wear hair down or up?

Strappy shoes.
Silver jewelry/shoes for classic look.
Turqouise or red for a more funky look.
Could always wear black shoes and pick a bright color for jewelry and bag.
I would wear the hair up.
