Help!!

I went to the Doctors on Tuesday, just to talk about my options.. he is sending me for a HSG test (Hysterosalpingogram)

Has anyone had this before?
How is it?

He said after the test I will have a better chances of getting pregnant. Fingers crossed!

i had one done...it's not that bad at all

basically a catheder(sp) is put up there lol and dye is pushed through to see if u have any blockages in your tubes

it takes like 5 min and u will have some cramping when the dye first goes through

i was told to take 2 tylenol half hour before and i could not have sex 24 hrs before and 24 hrs after and could not take metformin foe same time

rest fo the day i had slight slight cramping and bled a tiny bit(theygive u a pad to wear when u leave)

i made it sound way worse than it is..i promise u that u will be fine

Its not bad at all. Gina just explained everything really. In most places you'll be able to see it on a tv screen-its kinda cool actually. I forgot to take the tylenol before the test and I was ok... barely any pain at all.. and I have a very low tolerance :)
