Help - my hands are already rough and cracking!!!!
I always get bad dry skin when the weather starts getting cold, but its starting earlier because of all the handwashing I do now with the baby....
Nothing too greasy, but otherwise, I'm open to anything!!!

The best one I have found so far is the Lubriderm with Shea Butter. Absorbs right in and not greasy! I get the same problem

Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream, L'Occitane hand cream.
ETA: at night, slather your hands in aquaphor or vaseline and put on surgical gloves (or the cloth ones) and leave them on overnight, it will help.

Go to your nearest nail salon and get the triple lanolin hand lotion that they use. I have tried everything on the market and this is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I pay $10 for the large pump bottle.

I will only use L'Occitane hand cream. DH gets me a tube every Christmas and it almost lasts me the whole year and I keep it at work so I use it pretty much every day!

I use Udderly Smooth. It doesn't smell the best but It works. Do you think they really use it on Cows?

I love VS garden lotions, and I also use Bath and Body Works lotions. I keep them at my office and at home on my dresser and they clear up all my dry skin.

Get yourself to any drugstore and get Eurecin. It's the best lotion out there for dry hands and feet.
Also lather it up at night and put on those cotton gloves that Bath and Body works sellf.
My hands are like butta....

Mary Kay makes a 2 system wash. One is a scrub and then wash with the soap and your hands are so soft.

L'Occitaine shea butter hand cream is perfect! It's creamy, gentle for sensitive skin, and is not too greasy.
