HELLO!!!!
You guys are so sweet- thank you for the FMs!
I am going to keep it very brief- but will be posting a full (long) birth story later. Madelyn Rose was born on June 15 at 3:59 pm. She was 7lb, 6 oz and is BEAUTIFUL.
I only labored for 6 hours, but pushed for 2 and a half hours  The epidural is an incredible invention. The reason I pushed for so long wasn't that she was so large- but she DOES have her daddy's shoulders (figures- the ONE characteristic of his I PRAYED she wouldn't inherit...). She had to be vaccum extracted
I also included a picture my sister took of DH when they put her on my belly. My husband is not one to be the most expressive about his feelings and he was really nervous aboout *watching*. The look of raw emotion in this picture makes it by far the favorite of all the ones she took that day.
