Heavy spotting- please help!
I don't think things are looking good for me 
I had my first Doctor's appt on Friday. (since having 2 BFP pregnancy tests )and the dr. was rather concerned.
He saw some "more than normal" spotting and he thought the sac was rather small.took some blood tests, waiting for results on Tuesday
I had some spotting that friday night when i would wipe,and then on sat. I went to pee, had some spotting on my underwear, i wiped and there was "period like" blood on the napkin and a small thin stream in the toilet.
and im spotting again today.
i think i am about 6 weeks.
I called the dr. on sat. and never heard back from the arsehole!
i am driving blind here! i have no idea what is going on with my body!
this can't be normal, right? i had no internet access this weekend up until now!
please help!

Don't panic. I had spotting around that time too and everything worked out fine. I would call the DR again and then go to the ER. They will be able to do a sono and see what is going on.

i had period like blood . so I would not worry unless you have to. I wouild def go to the dr tomorrow and get checked thoug

I totally didn't think I was PG... I thought the bleeding that I had was my AF!

well yes spotting, even bleeding can be normal..but If the Dr was concerned with the sac size, that would make it in my mind a little worrisome.
If you have any cramping, call them again.
If not, try to stay off your feet and sending you prayers for the best

I remember spotting pretty heavily around that time too....
And everything was fine...try not too stress

put your feet up and try to relx somewhat.
I bled so badly with the twins I hd to go in a ambulance...hows that? and they are 13 months old.
When u are that early--u can have condition called low lying placenta and the doctor wouldn't be able to see it yet..it causes bleeding.
No sex at all until all bleeding stops...
I send prayers for you. If u need to talk fm me...
I would personally also ream my doctor and then switch..who needs that crap!
