headache and general crappy feeling in late 3rd tri?

Ugh, I feel like crap today.
I went to a holiday party last night and felt a headache come on just on the right side. I took acetaminophen when I got home and went to sleep. This am I woke up with it, still pounding on that same side. I had a little coffee at breakfast and some more acetaminophen. It seemed to dull it (but not take it away) for a bit, but now it's coming back. It's making me nauseous. I guess it's like a migraine. I've had a few doozy's this pregnancy, but not in a few months.
My stomach was also upset this morning.

Does this sound like normal third tri hormonal stuff (I'll be 37 weeks on Wed) or do you think I have a bug? I just told DH that it almost feels like I'm sick with something.

I have the same thing...even my eyeballs hurt!!!

I hurt all over and cried this morning from no sleep..
