HBO on demand isn't working...
then, when I call someone and demand a credit for this month's service, I'm told "we don't guarantee service"
So, I told her "I don't guarantee payment"

we ad a problem with ours last night and when I called, they just did soemthing and reset it.

WE DONT GUARENTEE SERVICE??????? W T HECK does that mean??? Dont even get me started on Time Warner. They must have a file on me and DH 1000 miles wide. Ive called before when on demand doesnt work and they tried to grant me a $3 credit - I told them not to insult me with a $3 credit - just make the service frigg en work once in a while!!!!!

This used to happen to me all the time!
You should reset your box. Hold the power button on the box in until it says BOOT, then wait for the time to come back on. Next, turn on your TV and let it "initialize". Then On Demand should work!
