HBO On Demand
I cant STAND when I try to watch a show, and it stops right in the middle, or its all gurbled and the picture is all over the place. Does this happen to anyone but me?
I was watching Entourage dammit!

(knock on wood) we've never lost a movie once it's on. BUT, we always have trouble getting something to even start.

I just had problems getting something to start this weekend-- to be honest, we don't use it that much. Thank god we pay $5 a month for it!

I hate it when that happens!
Though, I'm pretty sure it's just the digital cable, not just HBO since it's happened with out other on-demand channels too

That happens to me all the time.,.it gets garbled, it runs slow, it's out of sync, or you get the good old "Sorry we cannot access your movie at this time"

Do you have cable or FIOS?
We had that problem with cable, and had them come in and fix it. It used to happen with any channel and finally one day we had paid for a movie and couldn't watch b/c it was so bad. So we made them come and fix it. Usually the problem is with the wiring and splitters. They fixed it and it worked great after that.
Then when we got FIOS - SAME problem ONLY with the On Demand channels. They came back, adjusted our levels on the fiber and it was all better. Took much less time with the fiber though.
