Having a Selfish moment
My sister just called (had 2 kids both a surprise) and told me she is prego's again, just missed one day of BC and then to add to it her SIL (who was in my wedding party) is prego's after trying for 2 months. Of course I am beyond happy for them but sometimes I just can't help feel like life is unfair.
OK i'm done, thanks for listening, I really don't feel comfortable telling anyone else how I feel b.c. I don't want to come across as not happy for them; which I am.

i reallllllllllllllllly feel you. i started ttc about 2 years ago. the past fall one girl at work wanted to get pg so i told her what times of the month are the best. the next month she was pg. another girl wanted to get pg too at work...told her as well..boom two months later she is preg.
i got pg in january and had a mc in march. in april another girl at work got pg her first month trying!
so here i am started before alllllllllllllllll of them and i am the one who is still ttc.
its hard to be happy when we have to work for it so much!

So true!! Sometimes I check to see if certain friends are drinking or not at GTGs to see if they are trying or are pregnant and not telling me. It's like I have to prepare myself for it before they can tell me.

Vent away! Im not sure if I just notice it more because we are TTC but it seems like everyone and their sisters are pregnant! Even people who were told they would have issues. I agree with you and I'm happy for them but come on already. IF is so unfair!

It happens to the best of us!
I always try to tell myself that theres not a finite number of babies that God is giving out. Just because a 17 year old got pregnant unintentionally or a friend on birth control or someone in their first month of trying (yes, those are all people in my life) doesn't mean my chances are any less !!
