Haven't felt the baby...
Yesterday was a busy day and I was exhausted last night....
but now that I'm thinking about it I don't know if I've felt the baby since sometime yesterday late morning or early afternoon.
Normally I feel it at night when I'm falling esleep and I know I didn't feel it then, because I was waiting for DH to be able to feel it and never got the chance.
And I haven't felt it yet this morning (I've been up for an hour).
I also weigh myself every morning and I'm down 4 lbs today for seriously no reason. I even had cookies and a cupcake yesterday!
Gonna drink lots of water...but I am getting a little worried!

Re: Haven't felt the baby...
Are you towards the end? My LO hasn't been moving as much but I'm due this month. Its also normal to lose a few pounds right at the end. I think ive just run out of just of room. I'd drink an ice cold drink glass of water or a sugary drink and lay on your side. Thtat generally works for me.

Re: Haven't felt the baby...
I'm sure everything's fine but call your OB just in case. This happened to me about 2 weeks ago and since it was a Sunday I was sent in to L&D at the hospital. And of course as soon as they hooked up the monitor the baby kicked me lol. Everything was fine. But I was dehydrated which was causing contractions and not allowing the baby to move very much. I'm so glad I called just for the peace of mind because I was totally freaking out. I think you should call

Re: Haven't felt the baby...
Ok I just drank 2 tall glasses of water --- the equivilant of 4 glasses of water in a row...
And so of course Ifeel like barfing...
But...the baby is moving. Big good movements.
Phew...all is well.
I think maybe I iddn't drink enough water yesterday. I was running around all day, and YES, I had a lot of contractions...but I'm 37 weeks and so I didn't think they were from being dehydrated, just from being on my feet all day.
Gotta be sure to refill my water bottle and bring it with me wherever we go. That was the problem yesterday, I was on the go too much and should have bought a bottle of water or two while I was out!

Re: Haven't felt the baby...
Well, I had a bagel for breakfast so that gave me a few kicks.
Honestly it isn't as much as I am used to but it could just be that I'm obsessing over it.
I am going to have ANOTHER busy day too...
Taking the 3yo for a playdate at a bouncie place this morning and then pizza with her friends for lunch.
Dance class for 6yo DD tonight...
And then a Dr. Seuss event for Girl Scouts tonight from 7-9pm. (I am the Girl Scout Leader for my DD's troop!)
I am going to be so exhausted.
This is when it stinks to have kids already and be pregnant again. I am so tired!
Hopefully all will go well today and I'll keep feeling the baby. I can't wait to sleep a little late tomorrow morning!

Re: Haven't felt the baby...
My Dr told me if I don't feel the baby to drink something sugary and lie on my left side for an hour.
Glad the baby started moving!
