have you ever gotten so frustrated by something that you have no control over?
That is how I feel right now and it is driving me CRAZY!!!

Yup. And instead, I work on controlling my emotions instead of the situation.
When I'm calm again, I search for ways to make the situation better.
So much easier said than done, but with practice, you get better at it.

I know, I am trying. but in this particular case there is not one thing that i can do to change anything.
I am a problem solver...so it kills me that i can't figure out some sort of solutions.

Yes. I am very guilty of this. It's one of the things I'm trying to improve about myself -- trying not to stress about things that I can't control. I think I have gotten a little better, but I'm definitely not "cured."
Go do something you find relaxing... or a stress release.
