have my dr. appointment today- UPDATE
I'm on CD 80 .... I really hope this new dr. can figure out what is wrong with me. I am feeling somewhat depressed about my situation, so I hope she can make me feel better about it.
UPDATE:
So the new Dr. was great, she really spent time answering my questions and getting to know me, I am really glad I switched.
The bad news, she is almost positive I have PCOS. She did an internal sonogram and my ovaries are filled with cysts. So at least this explains why I haven't seen AF and why I am not ovulating. She did some bloodwork to confim the diagnosis and I go back in two weeks to go over the results with her. If it is confirmed PCOS she is going to start me on Metformin, and will get a plan of action for TTC.
I was upset yesterday, because I feel like I am "defective," but I know there are a lot of women on this site who have PCOS and still go on to have babies.
DH was really supportive and told me we will get through it and will have family no matter what.

Thanks for keeping us informed. The ladies on the IF board will tell you that PCOS is the most treatable form of infertility and to keep your spirits up. Now that you have a new MD and a potential diagnosis, you can get the proper medical care. This is the first step toward your very own BFP!!

Thank you!! It is hard to think that I have fertility issues when other people seem to concieve so easily, but I am glad there are others who are experiencing the same thing.
