Has this happened to anyone else's e-ring setting?

Has this happened to anyone else's e-ring setting?
The tip of the prong holding the diamond in place broke. I noticed the diamond moved slightly in the setting and when I looked closer I saw that one of the four prongs had broken off.
Can it be fixed, or will I need a new setting?

I haven't had this happen to me, but I think they can just fix the prong!! Good luck

One of my prongs bent all the way backwards once and they were able to fix it in minutes. They told me I was lucky - even with one prong just bent out of shape, I could have lost the diamond.
Get it fixed right away!

They'll fix it no problem. I had a loose prong and they fixed it at Fast Fix Jewelry in the mall.
