I didn't -- but if I was going to I would use Ecolin Jewelers in Port Jeff. They are great.
How are you thinking of having it re-set?

We went back to the jeweler we used when DH bought my ring in the first place - Dennis J. Dalton Ltd.

My DH had my grandmother's e ring reset into a halo setting when I had my DD. He went to Dorothy's in Sayville. She's great.

I had mine reset recently. Got it done at Diamond Castle in the diamond district.
It was $1000--i upgraded to Platinum.
