Has anyone heard of this crash diet?
I found this in Woman's World, and they say that you can loose up to 4 inches from your stomach in 24 hours. I started it last night, just to see if it works. I think I am going to barf though 
1) Start the night before. For dinner have a vegetable stir-fry with 1/2 cup wild rice and plenty of corn, peas and other fresh vegetables prepared with 1T. olive oil. Between diner and your bedtime snack drink 2-3 glasses of water. In the late evening, have 1/2 cup of All-Bran with 1/2 cup fat-free milk plus a few grapes, some sliced apple and an orange.
2) Get at LEAST 7.5 hours of sleep.
3)Wake up and start drinking waster. You need to take a full 2 liters during the day, between meals.
4)Breakfast- 1/2 cup slow cooking oatmeal prepared with water. 1 cup fat-free milk and 1tsp of honey if desired.
5)Have 1T of plain yogurt each hour before noon.
6) Lunch 1 1/2 cups mixed leaf salad with 2 tsp. olive oil and 6 oz chicken breast or 1/2 an avocado.
7) 2 Hours after lunch - 1 cup fat-free milk.
8) Dinner 1 1/2 cups mixed greens with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1 oz. grated cheese or 2 T tuna.
9) perform 30 minutes of non-strenuous exercise (Walking, biking) You can do it all at once or throughout the day.
10) Sleep 7.5 hours

I'd say to those who need weight off quickly...Do Atkins! Only eat protein and stay away from white stuff like bread & sugar and you will lose at least 4 lbs. in a week.

Sorry I was away from the computer all day. I did finish the 24+ hours and I lost 1 inch over night and 1 pound.
Quite frankly, I probably would have had the same results if I had taken a Laxative I know, I know, TMI! That Bran stuff is a killer!! 
I just finsihed a brownie sundea so I'm betting that I'll have put 2 inches on by tomorrow morning.
I am happy that I stuck to it for 24 hours though!

Does it involve Bran???? I don't think I can put myself through that again! It would have been worth it, if it wasn't so damn hard to swallow it!

I did it and lost 9 pounds. You can substitute the black tea with diet snapple, and I drank lots of water.

wow, so much for the 4"....well I give it you, I don't think I could have lasted the 24 hrs.

I have done the 3 day one too...Always lost at least 5 lbs on it...You cant do it for long, but what I find it it really helps motivate you to keep going with another diet like WW or Atkins...

I have done the 3 day diet and it does work, - I actually want to do it for the wedding (this week) but don't thing it will work for me since I can't haver caffeine and tuna (developed an allergy to tuna and caffeine and I don't mesh well together . . . .) I think the number one factor in this diet is the caffeine also . . .
