I have been using the following for almost 5 years and swear by it!
Base Coat- Creative's "Sticky Base"
OPI for polish (I have been using another brand and it does OK but not as well).
Top Coat- Seche Vite Quick Drying top coat.
I can usually got 10 days-2weeks between manicures, grow out is usually my problem.

nail polish will only stay on healthy nails so try using a nail strengthener like nailtek for a couple of weeks
