I have! I ordered a pair of BCBG boots for a ridiculous price of like $45, so it was worth paying the shipping since the cheapest I found them for anywhere else was like $90, and the regular price was way more. The one thing I would say is they put a few brands on super sale each day, if you sign up for the email you get a daily email telling you which, so I would wait for the brand you like to go on that sale since they will be cheaper. I think it's still relatively unknown since things don't sell out that quickly. They also have premium denim and other things too 
Also the shipping was super fast, I think I had them in 2 days!

I meant to add this too- hated having to pay delivery (on principle) but yeah, they were the cheapest (by far)

That's where I am torn. I want to order 2 pairs of shoes, the prices are GREAT but I know I will have to return one pair, I won't be keeping both, and it's annoying the crap out of me. I can't find these shoes in any stores to try on.

I have ordered from them in the past and my biggest gripe is that you can't pick an expedited shipping if you need them sooner. It usually takes me almost a week to 10 days to get the shoes. I have never gotten them sooner than 7 days. I also don't like the shipping charges back and forth.

agreed, but their prices are awesome.
LB, i'd just narrow it down to 1 pair before you order.
