Has anyone ever had a petting zoo party at their house?
My neighbor was asking me. She wanted to do a petting zoo and pony rides for her twins' 4th b-day. She found one place but wanted to get some prices from other places.

We had a pony come for Addison's first birthday. We used Shetland Pony Party Farms. (631) 491-5867
All we used was the pony, but they have full petting zoos and other things you can rent also, like a moon bounce and kiddie rides.

I was at one. Its cute! Keep in mind...the animals do eat the grass and use it as a toilet...other then that...its cute

Yes, I had a company come for Julia's 1st b-day and they were great!! Lollipop pony parties.....here is the link!
Everyone loved them, and they clean up afterwards too.  I had pony rides and a petting zoo for Julia's party.

Yes...I did this last year for Joey's 2nd birthday. It was AMAZING!!
The kids LOVED it.
We used Lollipop Pony Parties .
They were EXCELLENT!!
We had 2 ponies plus a HUGE petting zoo including:
ducks
rabbits
sheep
goats
even a flippin LLAMA!!!
They set everything up (little fenced in areas) and CLEAN UP EVERYTHING!
I am a pet-less neat freak, so I was nervous, but it was GREAT.
I had them set up on my front lawn...AWAY FROM OUR FOOD! 
It worked out great cause the people that didn't want to be near the animals (namely my mother and grandmother) hung out in the backyard.
Everyone else was in the front.
It was the talk of the neighborhood for months.
I HIGHLY recommend it!

I was considering this for a 2nd b-day as well..although he is only turning 1 next month  I like to plan ahead I am wondering what the prices are as well.

I've been poking around on my own, not all sites share pricing, but it looks like it will be in the $250-350 range for an hour.

I just called my DH to see if he remembered and he didn't either. We THINK it was around $300.

We did exactly the same thing. It worked out great!
We used them this past July. I think it was $325 for 1 1/2 hours, (which was plenty of time).
