Has anyone ever gotten their immunization records as an adult?
I need proof of immunizations I had as a child. I have no records and have no clue where to obtain this 40+ year old info.

That's a good question.
My childhood doctor died a long time ago and no one ever took over his practice.
I don't know if my mom ever got my records and transferred them. Even so, it wouldn't matter because I have no idea where they are and have no one to ask.

Yeah I have no idea where mine would even be.
The practices are long gone.
I would imagine they can do titers to find out what you are still immune to and if you need any boosters

No.
I had to have my Titres done for nursing school admission. My friend had to have a booster done.

They can do titers
I know there is now a registry in New York State, but I just googled it and it started in 2008 so that doesn't help
