Has anyone bought a chandelier from lampsplus.com?
I found one that I love BUT want to see it in person. It is from the Kathy Ireland collection and I don't think that a store around here carries that line
How were lampsplus.com to deal with???
I assuming you have to assemble them??

About 5 years ago we ordered a hanging light from them. No problems with it. You do have to assemble it yourself, we had an electrician install it when we were having a bunch of other work for us so they put it together for us.

We bought a couple of light fixtures from Lamps Plus. Even though I checked the fixtures when I first got them, there was a small issue with one of them that I didn't notice until we actually put the fixture up - about 2 months after I received the fixtures. I called Lamps Plus, even though it said on the box that they didn't return or exchange after 30 days. They were great about the situation and letting me exchange the fixture. No problems. They even paid for the return shipping.
I will definitely go back to them again. I was very happy with their customer service.

LOVE her line! I am thinking about gettng her sconces. I love the entire line.
