Hardwood floor refinishing cost
We are looking to have our floors sanded, stained and poly'd.
For those who have had their floors refinished, can you tell me what you paid per square foot?

I think we just paid $1.50 per square foot. Haven't seen the finished product yet, but my husband says it looks great..... total was about $500 for a living room and dining room.
