I am assuming you mean a cold deli sandwich? If so, Some people are going to say yes and some are going to say no. When pregnant you are at higher risk for getting listeria from the deli slicer. However if you go to a reputable place that you trust, you should be ok.

My OB says yes to turkey and he said its OK to have cold cuts from a reputable deli if I really want. I have had it 2 in the 24 weeks from a deli I have gone to for years. It's really up to you.

if you really want to make sure you are ok, put it in the microwave for a few secs to get it hot then you are good to go

I've been eating cold cuts this whole pregnancy and I did the same with my dd. I say enjoy your ham!

My OB said not cold cuts unless they are heated to 160 F

I am having a total ham and cheese craving this pregnancy. I eat a ham and cheese EVERY morning...panini style though. I ate ham and cheese pretty frequently when pregnant with my son too and he came out perfect. Just make sure to get your ham from a reputable place.
