Hair Product for hot iron
Any recomendations for something i can use before i hot iron my hair to protect it. I hot iron pretty much every day (bad right??)

I hardly ever use a flat iron, but when I do - i use some L'oreal product in a pink bottle. Sorry - cant remember the name.

I put a tiny bit of Biosilk Silk Therapy on my ends so they don't fry. Sometimes I use it before I blowdry too. HTH!

I just bought Herbal Essences dangerously straight flat out finishing spray because I saw raves in a magazine.
I only used it once so far and I did happen to have a good hair day that day ...

I use Bumble and Bumble's shine spray. Anything with silicone in it will work, it seals your hair shaft and protects it.

I use B&B Straight for the same reason (prob same thing but in gel form)
