had my appt today..
and i gained 10lbs in a month my doctor lectured me a lil and I feel like I want to cry! i guess all those cravings for ice cream really did me in I know I wasnt exercising before so I shouldnt start now but I think Im gonna start going for a walk in the evenings.
On a positive note, I passed my glucose test

I need to start walking at night too. I brought a ton of fruit with me today to snack on instead of the crap I usually eat! Im scared for my next appointment!
