Had a weird day yesterday
Yesterday I spent most of the day feeling lightheaded and short of breath. I had little energy and everything felt like it took so much effort. Just to make a sandwhich, I had to keep stopping between steps and sit down till I felt better. The feeling passed in the early evening, but then my upper stomach muscles and back as well started spasming like a charlie horse feels later on. I woke up in the middle of the night on Friday too with my back muscles spasming. Could this be a side effect of progesterone suppositories? I take it 3x's a day and am use to the tiredness, cramping, and sore boobs it's brought in the past...but this seems different. I am 3dp3dt. Any advice? So far today just heartburn...but I'll take it over the others.

It sounds like something else is going on...Maybe stress? :)
Hope your feeling better...I havent experience anything like that from Progesterone...just tired, sore and sensitive.

I get back spasams from neupogen. Are you taking anything besides the progesterone?

I'm taking progesterone 3x's a day, baby asprin, and lovenox, and I start vivelle dots tomorrow.
