Had a Scare(TMI warning)
So last night when I wiped I had bright red drops on the TP! I freaked and called my OB and he told me to go to the nearest ER(which is South Nassau ) I arrived at 8:30 and did not get called to the back until 11:50 . Once back there it moved pretty fast the PA came over and had her 1million questions and had the sono tech take me for a sonogram. The baby looked great measures perfectly(really looks different compared to my last sonogram at 7.5 weeks). Apparently the reason for the bright red blood was a tear in my vajay jay from the progesterone suppositories applicators. I stopped the progesterone last Saturday!
So relieved

Ahhhh!! I'm glad all is good, they should really get pregnant people in faster, I bet the wait for the sono was agony!

Sorry it took so long to get seen, I have never had a bad experience in South Nassau ER. Last visit to their L&D could have been better, but it's not their fault they were full and needed to squeeze me in where they had room. Glad everything is good.....

Glad everything is ok. Bleeding after stopping the progesterone is common. Doctors should really tell their patients about this side effect because it is super scary when it happens.
