Had a scare today...
I was at work and started feeling some dripage coming out. I didnt feel like i had to go to the bathroom but i went anyways thinking maybe the baby was on my bladder and squeezing something out. The whole front of my underwear were wet, it didnt smell like pee or anything so i got a little worried since last night i was having some cramps too. I called the dr and they told me to come in. They did an internal and hooked me up to the monitors and they said that everything was fine. so now i wonder.... what the hell was dripping out of me? today is my birthday and on the way there i was thinking "wouldnt it be crazy if i had her on my bday?" but im still 6 weeks away so that wouldnt have been a good thing.

It happens to me with every pregnancy and it was pee it didnt smell like it or sometimes discharge thats why I always have to wear pantyliners ! Sorry TMI

They didn't tell you what caused it?
If your doctor says everything is okay, then don't worry. I could have just been discharge.

thanks! no she didnt mention what it was and im an idiot and never ask enough questions. she did say while she was doing the internal that i had a lot of white discharge (TMI sorry) but it wasnt that kind of discharge that came out, it was like water. i bet it was just pee lol. i went and bought panti liners as soon as i left the dr because if that happens at work again i dont want to be walking round with wet undies!

Im sorry you were frightened. I hate to be gross but I have seen more "stuff" of different consistencies than I ever cared to. Sometimes, I think its pee, sometimes sweat and in a moment of sheer panic, I may even think its amniotic fluid. I think many of us go through it.

I had something similar happen several weeks ago... Strangely enough, I never called the Dr  If I recall correctly, I think I discounted it as either watery pee or discharge.
I've been wearing panty liners every since.

thanks.... i hate not knowing what any of the things i experiance are. im sure its much easier after your first but until then, it sucks.
