Gynecologist that doesn't deliver
A friend of mine is looking for a gynecologist that doesn't deliver, just practices gynecology. Does anyone know of any female doctors? She is willing to travel, so Suffolk, Nassau

Why does it matter if they are OB or not? just curious. I see an excellent group in Rivherhead/Southampton ..Hampton OBGYN if its not to far.

The hours are often better/ appointments don't get screwed up due to deliveries or other pregnancy related emergencies.

My Gyno didnt deliver.. she moved and I got transferred to the gyno who DID actually intend to deliver AJ. but yes.. i agree that it is non delivering Gyno appts and hours are better

Dr. Laura carinci. Soith nassau community womens health in bellmore. I liked her a lot, but had to switch when i got pregmant

Some people who have had IF issues, and cant have children would rather not have an OB.

Julia Raber, Elite Women's Health Care in Lake Success.
She has better hours because she does not deliver, and as CF not by choice, I'd rather not sit in a waiting room full of PG women.

I second Zitner. I've been seeing her for more years than i care to count (23 years) , and she no longer does OB, so its much easier to get appts. with her. I think Dr. callan in the same group is no longer doing OB either, but can't swear to that one. 631-351-3766. scary i know that number by heart. LOL

Yes, and sitting in the doctor's actual office
(not the exam room) with picture of all the babies she's delivered can be less than fun.

Dr. Korn in Great Neck. I switched from him from this reason when i got preggo...but fantastic doctor and felt extremely comfortable going to him with anything!
