My DD does a lot of grunting. She was never a big talker and never made alot of sounds or babbling, ever. She is 15 mths old. SHe does say a few words but they are not super clear. And still she does say mama or dada but not really to us. She will point to something if she wants it but grunt.

I am concerned, I did tell the ped. Developmentally everything else is on target but yet it concerns me. Her hearing is just fine, so it's definitely not that.

Did/does anyone else's DC do this? What did you do to help things along?
