GRRRRR!!!! BUMBO!!!!!
So daycare sent home the Bumbo that we send with Logan because of the "recall".
I tried to explain that it's not really a recall, that they are just issuing new stickers and since they never put it anywhere but on the floor anyway it shouldn't be an issue.
But they won't budge.
I'm so ticked because it's his favorite place to sit and I know he spent a lot of time in it.

Man thats a drag, but I can understand, they don't want to be liable in any way if anything should happen. Does he like a bouncer?

Can you get the sticker (or just type one out on a labeling machine ) and stick it to the bumbo, bring it back and tell them it was fixed by the company?
Seriously, I am starting to hate the word recall, b/c the bumbo thing was NOT a recall!!

He's a little too big for the bouncy chair these days.
I would totally understand if the product itself were being redesigned or deemed dangerous.
All they are doing is issuing clearer directions though.

I was at BRU the other day and there were 3 people on line returning theirs!!! I was annoyed b/c it's a wonderful product!!!!
There's a new "recall" this morning on Channel 12 (I havent seen it yet)..my first thought was OH GREAT..here goes the media ruining another great product!!!!

Annoying! They should be using it on the floor anyway so it shouldn't even be an issue. It's funny because Emma's teacher actually asked me this morning if she could borrow mine for another boy in the class. I told her about the recall and she said she knew and that they would be using it properly.

Well that is just plain silly. If the babies are being supervised and put in the bumbo on the floor, there should be no need to take it out of a daycare. Like other's have said, it's an issue of slapping a sticker on it and calling it a day.
