Groupon...ebates???? Can someone explain
I am always behind but everyone talks about groupon and ebates and I am have no clue what they are!!
Please inform me...Is this something I should be doing

Groupon is a daily deals site- there are both area specific deals and national deals (you can see all the national deals at groupongirl.com)
Ebates is a shopping rebate site. You first go to ebates.com and create an account, then whenever you shop online, use the link to the store on ebates.com and you'll get a percentage of your purchase back.

I love ebates.... just use it to find online stores you use and click the link on ebates that opens the webpage for you and start shopping!

Depends on how often you use it... I think its once every 3 months or maybe 4 months. They kinda let the $$ build up for you so youre not depositing a dozen checks for $5 each.

you get a check in the mail
I have a paypal account so I have the money sent there and then I use my paypal account to do more shopping!!!

Ebates is the BEST THING EVER!!!!!!!
You just have to remember to start on their site when you buy something online to link from there, shop, buy from someplace like Old Navy and BAM!! You get a % credit in your ebates account. Ever couple of months you can ask that a check be mailed or it be deposited directly into your paypal account.
We just used Ebates to buy a cell phone for my MIL. We added a line to our verizon plan -- the phone that I liked was $99.99 on VZW's website with 2 year pricing. For the hell of it, I went to ebates and they have a VZW wireless store there and the phone was $19.99 with free shippping PLUS we would get $15 back into our ebates account.
We ordered it and just got the credit back the other day!

I use this site evreward.com
You just put the store you are shoping at and it gives you the best rebate for that store.
I get quite a few checks a month just for shopping! Love it!!
