gross question..

sorry this si gross but..

when af is here and u know when u get those clumps..

well how much is too much..i mean i am chalking this up to just a heavy day but its kinda alot and its been all day

im sure this is normal and im not really worried but just curious if this happens to others

it does vary for me, sometimes it's a few days sometimes it's closer to 7. I think it's normal but if you're concerned or see it for more than a day or 2 I would call your dr

If you are talking about clotts......if you are passing large ones....and its only one cycle my dr said not to worry. If its more than one cycle then it might be a problem.

And to clarify on what I think it large....I had one that I lterally felt coming out and swore I passed soemthing the size of a orange but it wasnt really that big in the toilet.....I did use something to get it out so I could see how big it was. It was about the size of a 1/2 dollar.

i get blood clots regularly throughout my period. i wear tampons only so it makes more difficult to determine the size. But i would say around a size no bigger than a quarter.

The only time i had something "large", bigger than a 1/2 dollar maybe 2, was when i had my chemical. I dont even know if that would be considered a clot but it was scary to say the least. I could literally feel it passing bc i was not wearing a tampon.

If you are still concerned call/see your dr. That might ease your mind.

I get clots all the time.. I swear sometimes it hurts like I am in labor! Anyway, very common for me atleast. No worries!

When you are soaking through >1 pad/hr then that's considered heavy enough for need for an evaluation. That's a LOT of bleeding!
