Green Tea concentrate drops
any idea what good they do? What is green tea good for? How much do you need to drink for it to make a difference?

i've never heard of the drops, but green tea is considered to be an anti-oxident. i Love the 4C green tea mix.

Green tea is supposed to be a wonder for your health. Full of antioxidants, it helps fight cancer and autoimmune system disorders.

not sure about the drops but as already mentioned...it's a powerful anti-oxidant...has other benefits too, but not sure how much you actually have to consume for it to be beneficial
I just got white tea and have read that this is more beneficial than the green tea.

White tea, black tea, red tea, green tea....
Oy vey!!
In all honesty, I drink a cup of green tea a day. It has a lot of antioxidants to help prevent types of cancer. diabetes , etc.
Note: In order for green tea or any other types of tea to work, it must have caffeine in it.
