Green Tea and CM?
Sorry for the TMI. I started drinking green tea this week to help regulate my sugar/insulin. Don't you know that I woe up last night thinking I had either peed myself or AF restarted full force. It was CM, all over me. 
Has this happened to anyone off of green tea, I know it can happen with RR Leaf Tea, but with Green Tea?

i drink no more than 3 cups of green tea everyday. this has not happend to me. im sure mr fh wouldnt mind.lol
oh and ive been drinking it for over a month.
whats rr leaf tea? i would love some more help with the cm besides guaifensein

DH got a kick out of it and of course wanted to take advantage, but at 3 in the morning, I was not hearing it.
Red Rasberry Leaf tea is supposed to help with CM, strengthen the uterus and promotes fertility. A lot of girls on here drink it and could give you more info. I can't drink it because of my insulin.

i've heard that sometimes green tea can do that! i drink green tea alot and never had that happen BUT i did start drinking a different herbal tea and i have noticed a huge difference. i used to only get EWCM one day now its more like 3!
