I've seen some of the ladies post about drinking green tea when TTC. What is it supposed to do/help?

Not to sure about while TTC BUT I heard that you shouldn't drink green tea while pregnant (not sure why- i don't drink it so i didn't read into it more, but I'll tyr to find the article)
