Green tea
For those that drank tea to increase CM, what kind of green tea did you drink? Not the brand so much as was it flavored or just plain green tea? I bought two boxes of Celestial Seasonings Green Tea - one was raspberry and the other blueberry. When I got home I realized they have hibiscus in it, which is on the list not to drink when you are pregnant. So I figured I'd just buy the regular green tea after I finish these (they are sooooo good). What did you do?

i would do an archive search on this, because i recall there being some discussion in the past about whether green tea was actually harmful if you're pregnant - like it can cause uterine contractions or something.
sorry i can't be more helpful - i didn't pay close attention to the threads cause i'm not a huge green tea drinker... but i would look it up.

i drank salada green tea-decaffeinated while TTC and i think it def helped increase CM as i got preggos right away

I drank plain green tea straight nothing in it. But I like it a lot.
