Re: Greek Yogurt
Yup, just make sure it's pasteurized, if you're buying it in the supermarket it is.

and lots of protein!
I have been getting the 0% ones and then I put some sugar free jam in it and some cinnamon to give it flavor-- and it's healthier than the flavored ones.

well, the other healthy option (which I've been doing) is the GD recommended mix:
thaw frozen whole fruit (I like strawberries) in the microwave for 1 min 20 seconds. smoosh. add a dash of sugar if you want, but it's not necessary. Then mix with the greek yogurt. yum!

Re: Greek Yogurt
I do the greek yogurt with frozen berries (got a mix bag at the priceclub, it lasts forever!!!) Its the 0% with 20 grams of protein.. its great!! And, I am constantly craving cold things, for a few weeks when I couldnt eat dinner, I would have yogurt and fruit smoothies with greek yogurt.. sooo good.. now its my frozen treat instead of frozen yogurt which is filled with fake and real sugar
